Steamed Fruit Cake






This very moist fruit cake is steamed for 4 hours. A favourite among the elderly. I tried (unintentionally - I meant to to give the cake to someone, but just couldn't find the time to give her a visit.) storing it in the fridge for one month, it tasted even better! It's one of GG Home Biz's hotseller for Hari Raya. Rugi tak cuba! As this cake is very moist, I recommend keeping it in the fridge. It can only last in room temperature for up to one week.
