My dear friend Shuhada ordered this on behalf of her mom, for her 2 sisters. Her initial request was a chocolate cake with fresh fruits. Black Forest cake came to mind, I suggested to her and she agreed. I made a big 12" cake (as they will be celebrating with their extended family), layered with tonnes of black pitted cherries, covered with whipped cream and decorated with fresh strawberries and chocolate rice. I'm pleased to know that Shuhada & family were happy with the cake, had fun makin' it too!
