Puan Naza called me a week ago to order a mini Red Velvet Cake. It would be her first time tasting this cake. This cake is actually a chocolate cake with a hint of "sourish" taste (from the vinegar). It is also added with red colouring hence the name Red Velvet. The cake is then layered and frosted with cream cheese topping that is mixed with chopped walnuts. I am delighted to know Puan Naza enjoyed the cake, it was a pleasure making it too! Feel free to call GG Home Biz for more! :)
