Buttercream Cupcake Class 29 May 2011

My first official class ever. Wished I had taken photos. These photos are courtesy of Pn Hani Suruli of Putrajaya. This class was attended by Pn, Hani, Pn. Suzi, Pn. Azida, Pn. Yan and my young cousin Farida. In this module, students were taught hands-on how to bake and decorate cupcakes from the recipes given. Tools and utensils were provided during class. Light lunch was also provided. Each student were given 12 (or more) cupcakes to decorate and bring home. Students were required to bring their apron and containers for the finished products. Class starts at 10.30am and ends at 3.30pm (from my experience, class may overrun by one or two at most, hours). :)
