Vanilla butter cake with buttercream icing and decor. This is a one of a kind birthday cake ordered by friend, Sanju of PJ for son Avigna's birthday, who as I was informed a very musical young man. Darling Sanju went to all lengths to ensure that Avigna will be surprised by this cake. I really hope he loves his piano cake, as his mom does!
