He's Here!
Iddin Ghazi at 7 days old.
Our newest family member, Iddin Ghazi bin Azni-Sham arrived in the wee hours of Monday morning on 14th May 2012, at 3.13am, weighing 2.85kg. It was a fast delivery, just 40mins of labour. Phewww... I was nervous for no reason. Iddin is a sweet little boy who doesn't fuss much, only when he's hungry. He grows so fast, to date (at 21 days), he currently weighs 3.6kg. I am cherishing each and every day I get to watch him grow.
My 8 year old daughter Nurin dotes on her youngest brother, whereas my 4 year old Imran (though he's protective over adik) is showing some signs of jealousy by being territorial (he never sleeps with us before, now he insists on sleeping in the same room with adik), and has mood swings and tantrums every now and then just to get some attention. That is expected as we went through the same episode with Nurin when we had Imran.
My husband Sham and I are truly grateful to Allah for blessing us with this beautiful little boy. Thank you to all for your kind wishes, to those who came to visit us and for all the the wonderful gifts and angpaus. To my parents, siblings, aunts and cousins, thank you for being there for us whenever we need you.
